Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be entitled to a credit on your account, only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your website, emails, marketing campaign or other services provided, you must formally make this known within 20 dyas of delivery of goods & services.

 

RETURN PROCESS
To begin a refund, please email customer service at help@jeanius-marketing.com. Customer service will walk you through this process.
 
REFUNDS

After receiving your inquiry, we will begin a discovery process and process a change order to your goods and services. We will mutually agree on the tieframe for delivery of the changes.

 

EXCEPTIONS    
Because of the nature of the work, all sales are final. If you are dissatisfied, your products (email, website, marketing campaign, etc) will be revised one time at no additional cost.
