If you are dissatisfied with your website, emails, marketing campaign or other services provided, you must formally make this known within 20 dyas of delivery of goods & services.


To begin a refund, please email customer service at Customer service will walk you through this process.

After receiving your inquiry, we will begin a discovery process and process a change order to your goods and services. We will mutually agree on the tieframe for delivery of the changes.


Because of the nature of the work, all sales are final. If you are dissatisfied, your products (email, website, marketing campaign, etc) will be revised one time at no additional cost.
